Atalia is a passionate photographer consumed by three main principles - love, truth and hope. Her love of humanity and her vivacious and hopeful outlook on the world is evident in all of her images. In every place she visits and any culture she encounters, no matter how poor or negative, her photos will tell a different story - the story of hope and love of the locals, glancing truthfully through her lens, celebrating life despite its obvious/noticeable hardships.
Always an art lover, Atalia’s private life is her primal work of art. Family and relationship are the her true valuable assets, which is also a thread connecting all her subjects in the story of the world told through her rosary glass lens.
She is involved in many non-profit activities and organizations using the photography as a way to to get communities involved. Including, “jdocu”, a group of philanthropic photographers documenting jewish communities all over the world.”.among other photography institutions she is also on the board of members of PhotoIsrael https://www.photoisrael.org/en/הצוות-שלנו/ .Atalia is also the publisher and sponsor of http://www.katzphotoaward.org/
